Not really a lolita but very very interested in Lolita fashion 
If I could offer any advice:
- Some affordable Lolita sites: Qutieland , Fan Plus Friend , Bodyline (they've gotten better with their lolita over the years)
- The online community for lolitas is like any other social network/online community- good but has its rough edges too
- Milanoo is a no no LMAO
- Lolita blog that's pretty helpful and gives you a lot of info on lolita
